At NM Solar BV, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers)

If you are a private customer (consumer) located within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Contact us in writing at office@nmsolar.eu

• Provide your name, order number, and the items you wish to return

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• All accessories, documentation, and mounting materials must be included

• Returns must include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Custom-made or installed products are non-returnable, unless faulty or covered by warranty.

3. Business Customers

Returns by business clients (non-consumers) are accepted only with prior written agreement and may be subject to restocking fees. No right of withdrawal applies.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, incomplete, or damaged upon delivery:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at office@nmsolar.eu

• Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your warranty rights

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned

6. Installation Services

Installation services, once scheduled or completed, are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
